A TEEN SHOT HIS MOM AND SISTER MULTIPLE TIMES

A 15-year-old shoots mom and sister while having ‘bad reaction’ to weed edibles:

Tragedy Strikes Houston Family After Teen's Edible Mishap

A shocking incident unfolded in Houston, Texas, when a 15-year-old boy shot his mother and 17-year-old sister multiple times. The events leading up to the tragedy began when the teen consumed a large quantity of marijuana edibles.

A Desperate Call for Help

The boy, who has not been named due to his age, started experiencing adverse reactions to the edibles. He became panicked and called emergency services, claiming he was going to kill someone. However, when the dispatcher called back, the boy's mother answered, seemingly unaware of the situation. She downplayed the issue, which would later prove to be a fatal mistake.

A Chaotic Scene Unfolds

First responders rushed to the scene, where they found the boy's mother and sister riddled with bullets. Both victims were in critical condition. The teen, still armed, pointed his gun at the responders and claimed to have killed someone. He attempted to flee but was chased down and arrested.

Charges and Aftermath

The 15-year-old boy is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault of a family member. He was taken to the hospital for observation. The incident has left the community in shock, with neighbors expressing gratitude that the situation was contained before more harm could be done.

A Neighbor's Perspective

Margaret Smith, a mother of two who lives across the street from the family, shared her thoughts on the incident. "It could have happened to anybody," she said. "He could have walked outside and done anything to somebody. I'm glad it wasn't me, I feel for the family, the mom and the sister, but it's some lessons you have to learn, now he's got to learn the hard way. And that's sad."
